Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the SHIFTAI Portal. Access to the Portal is granted as part of an active SHIFTAI cohort enrolment with Art of Scale Group Pty Ltd. The master Terms & Conditions for SHIFTAI enrolment are published at artofscale.io; this notice covers Portal-specific use.

Acceptable use

• The Portal is for the named CxO participant and their nominated managers. Accounts are not transferable.
• Do not share your authentication credentials. Use the impersonation flow if a colleague needs supervised access.
• Programme content (Mission Briefs, the AOS reference model, the 57-action project plan) is licensed for your organisation’s internal use only and may not be redistributed.

AI Assistant

The Portal AI Assistant answers curriculum-grounded questions only. It is rate-limited and scoped to SHIFTAI content; do not rely on it for medical, legal, or financial advice.

Availability

We aim for 99.5% monthly availability, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. The Portal does not carry an SLA outside the commitments in your cohort enrolment agreement.

Termination

Access ends when your cohort concludes, unless you have a continuing licence. We retain programme artefacts (AI OS, PALF history) per the Privacy Notice.

Liability

The Portal is provided “as is”. Art of Scale Group Pty Ltd’s aggregate liability arising out of your use of the Portal is capped at the fees paid for your active cohort.
