Privacy Notice

Art of Scale operates the SHIFTAI Portal (“the Portal”) as the companion application to the SHIFTAI transformation programme. This notice summarises what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. The authoritative privacy notice for Art of Scale Group Pty Ltd is published at artofscale.io; this Portal notice operates in parallel and adds Portal-specific handling.

What we collect

• Account data — name, email, organisation, role, and cohort assignment provided when you join a SHIFTAI cohort.
• Programme artefacts — your AI Operating System, PALF and PRI assessment responses, Mission Brief notes, and workflow-redesign experiment records.
• Diagnostic responses — answers to the 7-Failure Modes self-check at /diagnostic, with the email you submit alongside.
• Operational telemetry — page-view logs, error traces, and audit-log entries for admin actions.

Why we collect it

To deliver the SHIFTAI programme to you, to surface insights to your coach and pod, to maintain the audit trail required for governance, and to improve the Portal. We do not sell your data.

Where it lives

All data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) in the EU. The AI Assistant routes prompts to Anthropic for inference; Anthropic does not train on Portal traffic. Email is delivered via standard transactional providers.

Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing privacy@artofscale.io. We respond within 30 days.

We will publish material changes here and notify active cohort members by email.
